1. This website is intended for exclusive use by current Slimming World Consultants. Access to Our World will cease on the termination of your License Agreement.

2. You acknowledge that all rights, including copyright and database right, in Our World and its contents, are owned by or licensed to Miles Bramwell Administrative Services Ltd., or otherwise used by Our World as permitted by applicable law. ALL RIGHTS RESERVED.

3. You acknowledge and agree that the information in these pages may be updated from time to time and may at times be out of date.

4. You may print or download to disk the contents of an individual page of this website for the purpose of company business use only.

5. Other than printing or downloading (as set out in the paragraph above), you agree that the contents of Our World may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, downloaded, displayed, posted or transmitted in any form without our prior express written permission.

6. Whilst we make all reasonable attempts to exclude viruses from the website, we cannot guarantee such exclusion and no liability is accepted for viruses. You are recommended to take all appropriate safeguards before downloading information or images from this website.

In accordance with your Consultants License Agreement, you will not disclose or permit to be disclosed any information acquired during the course of your License Agreement relating to the business of the Company (or Associated Company) including but not limited to diet sheets, process, formula, design, programme, calculation, method, procedures, products, equipment, sales, prices, contractual terms and the names and addresses and the places of business of the Company's Consultants and Employees.

8. You agree that any nutrition, health and medical information contained within Our World is provided for general information only, and should not be treated as a substitute for the medical advice provided by a doctor or other health care professional.

If these Terms and Conditions are not accepted in full, you do not have permission to access the contents of this website and therefore should cease using this website immediately.

Miles Bramwell Administrative services Ltd (trading as Slimming World) is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. This policy explains the procedures that we have in place to safeguard your privacy. We will notify you if the way in which we process your information is to change at any time.

Your personal information stored and that of your members by Our World is kept securely, in accordance with the Data Protection Act. Slimming World’s internal procedures cover the storage, access and disclosure of your information.

Your personal information may be used by us to occasionally notify you about important functionality changes and modifications to Our World.

We will not rent or sell your personal information without your permission.

We will store some information (commonly known as a 'cookie') on your computer when you look at the site.
